Andrew Clements, known as Clem, was for several years managing director of Emerald Capital Limited, a Canadian owned equity investor in New Zealand.

Clem is also a shareholder and director of two other private investment companies, Zeus Capital Limited and Jacon Investments Limited.

He is currently chairman of Orion Health and a director of a number of NZX listed and private companies including Ryman Healthcare Limited, The New Zealand Refining Company and Revera Limited.

He is a trustee of a number trusts including the Graeme Dingle Trust (an endowment fund for the Foundation for Youth Development that operates the Project K, KiwiCan, MYND and Stars programs).

Clem joined Emerald Capital in 1998 after a previous position as managing director of New Zealand Experience Limited an NZX listed company where Emerald was a significant shareholder. Prior experience included 9 years with Goodman Fielder Wattie in various financial and general management positions in New Zealand and Asia, following corporate money market and foreign exchange positions in New Zealand and London.
